Report a Lost or Stolen Card

Community National Bank understands how traumatic it can be to have a debit card lost or stolen. Contacting us right away can help reduce losses of a lost/stolen card.

If you have had your CNB card lost or stolen, please contact us at one of the following numbers:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM: 1-713-255-1501
  • Outside of normal business hours, call 1-800-500-1044

It's important that you notify CNB immediately in the event your card is lost or stolen. Always use your card in a well-lighted and secure area, and never give your card or PIN number to anyone to use.
